New Fee for Clients Using VISA’s Rapid Dispute Resolution (RDR) Services:
Effective: July 1st, 2022
The new fee is the following:
- $29.95 RDR Handling Fee
The fee will be applicable per RDR item.
All chargebacks resolved with RDR will be applied a credit for the chargeback fee.
The new fee will only apply to your merchant account if your account is enrolled for RDR services. If you have not enrolled your merchant account for RDR services, this fee is not applicable to you.
